What happens if someone is out sick on shoot day?

It happens on almost every team shoot, and it's fine. We photograph everyone present, note the exact lighting and background setup, and schedule the stragglers at our downtown Lincoln studio — their headshots will match the set. No re-booking fee drama.

Is there a minimum group size for a team headshot day?

On-site days make sense from about 5 people up — below that, individual $200 sessions at our studio are usually the better deal, and we'll tell you so on the quote. Past 5 people, per-head pricing kicks in.

Can you match headshots you did not take?

Usually, yes. Send us your current photos and we'll tell you honestly whether a match is achievable or whether the older set is inconsistent enough that a clean reshoot of everyone is the better spend. Matching a well-lit existing style is routine; matching a bad one is throwing money after it.

What about remote employees?

Two options: they book a matched session at our Lincoln studio whenever they're in town, or — for fully remote staff — we send a one-page capture guide so a local photographer can replicate the setup, and we handle the color grade so the final image sits with the rest of the team. The second option isn't pixel-perfect, but it beats the gray silhouette.

How much time does each person actually need?
