Common questions

How fast do I get the photos?
Same week. Color-graded gallery is delivered within 7 days of your session, guaranteed. Most sessions land in your inbox within 3-5 days.
Where do we shoot?
Wherever you want — UNL campus, Nebraska Wesleyan, Union College, Sunken Gardens, downtown Lincoln, or our studio. Pick the location when you book; we’ll confirm any access permits in advance.
What do I wear?
Bring your cap & gown plus 1-2 outfit changes. We’ll send a style guide after booking with examples that photograph well for outdoor sessions and what to avoid.
Can I bring family?
Family Session and Premium packages include family group portraits. Solo Session is just you — but you can add family shots at-cost on the day. We don’t turn anyone away.
What if it rains?
Free reschedule any time up to 4 hours before your session. We also have a covered studio backup that works for cap & gown portraits if your campus location gets rained out day-of.
Refund policy?
Full refund if you cancel 7+ days before the session. Reschedule (no fee) up to 4 hours before. After that, the session is non-refundable but we’ll always work with you if life happens.
