Lincoln Executive
Headshot Photographer

Executive and leadership portraits in Lincoln, Nebraska — for LinkedIn, press kits, speaker decks, partner pages, and anywhere a first impression decides whether you get the call.

Headshots that signal seniority, not vendor-list filler

The default 'business headshot' in Lincoln is a soft-lit smile against a gray paper backdrop. It's fine. It also looks exactly like every other lawyer, financial advisor, and operations VP in the city. That sameness is the problem — if your headshot doesn't distinguish you, it's not earning its keep.

We shoot executive portraits with intentional lighting, real environmental context where it makes sense, and the kind of editorial polish that signals you're operating at a different level than the LinkedIn baseline. Whether that's a C-suite portrait for a press release, a partner-page set for a law firm, or a personal-brand session for a Lincoln founder building authority — the shot has to do real work.

On-location vs. studio

Studio: controlled lighting, paper or modeled-light backdrop, classic seated or standing portrait. Best for traditional executive headshots, professional service firms wanting consistency across a team, and personal-brand portraits where the focus is on you.

On-location: your office, the boardroom, a relevant interior or environmental context, dramatic architectural backgrounds. Best for personal-brand photography, founder portraits, editorial features, and anyone whose visual identity benefits from the context of where they work.

We scope it during the consultation.

Team and group headshot programs

For law firms, financial advisory teams, agencies, medical practices, and any group needing matched headshots — we shoot all team members in a single session with consistent lighting, composition, retouching, and color grading across the entire roster. Volume pricing scales per-head: 5 people is $150/person, 10 is $130/person, 20+ is $100/person.

The consistency matters more than people realize. A team page where every headshot was clearly shot by a different photographer at a different studio looks fragmented. Matched headshots signal a real organization.

Personal-brand and founder portraits

Beyond traditional executive headshots, we shoot personal-brand portraits for Lincoln founders, consultants, speakers, and creators building authority. Multiple looks, environmental context, more editorial framing — the kind of imagery that supports book covers, podcast guesting, speaker decks, and high-end LinkedIn presence.

What clients say

Nvar made the entire process effortless. He showed up prepared, knew exactly what shots he wanted, and delivered photos that genuinely look like they belong on a magazine cover. Easily the best money I've spent on imagery.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked

How long is an executive headshot session?
Individual executive sessions are 30-45 minutes (15-30 min shoot, balance for changes and reviewing tethered shots). Team sessions plan for 15-20 minutes per person.
How fast is delivery?
Same-week for individual and team headshots — typically 3-5 business days for color-graded selects. Press-release urgent? Rush (24-48 hour) delivery available.
Will you retouch?
Standard color grading and skin smoothing is included. Heavier retouching (skin work, color correction, background swaps) available as an add-on. We don't do facial restructuring or anything that wouldn't pass for the actual you — the shot should still look like the person in the meeting.
What should I wear?
Solid colors photograph better than busy patterns. Bring 2-3 outfits (a default professional, an "elevated formal" if relevant, and one that matches your personality). We discuss in the consultation what works for your industry and the platforms you'll use the images on.
