Lincoln Real Estate
Drone Photographer
Licensed and insured 4K aerial real estate photography for Lincoln agents, brokers, and developers. The shot that sells the property starts above it.
The aerial shot is the new front-door shot
On Zillow, Realtor.com, and MLS, the listing's lead image decides whether a buyer clicks or scrolls past. For larger properties, acreage, commercial, and high-end residential — the most-compelling lead image is almost always the aerial.
We shoot Lincoln-area real estate from above with FAA Part 107 licensed, fully insured drone operations. Smooth gimbal-stabilized 4K video for property videos and 20MP RAW stills for listing photography, color-graded to match the rest of your listing package.
What we shoot from the air
Residential: estate properties, acreage, golf course frontage, lake/pond/river views, large lot context shots, twilight aerial exteriors for premium listings.
Commercial: building exteriors, parking and accessibility context, neighborhood positioning, anchor tenant context for retail.
Land and development: parcel boundaries, topography, infrastructure proximity, raw land for development pitches.
Construction progress: monthly aerial documentation of build progress for developers and contractors.
How drone integrates with full listing coverage
Most real estate clients book aerial as part of a full listing package — exterior + interior + drone. We coordinate ground and aerial in one session for premium listings, or as a drone-only add-on for agents who already have an interior photographer they prefer.
For monthly volume agents, our real estate package starts at $175 for standard interior + exterior; aerial add-on starts at $200 for properties up to 5 acres. See the real estate photography page or investment guide for full options.
FAA compliance + insurance
Every commercial drone flight in the US requires the operator to hold an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate. We do. We also carry commercial drone liability insurance and respect airspace restrictions around Lincoln Municipal Airport.
What this means: we can legally invoice you for the work, we can fly at most Lincoln-area properties, and if anything goes wrong (it doesn't), you're covered. Hiring an unlicensed hobbyist for a paid real estate shoot is technically illegal under FAA rules and exposes the agent to liability.
What clients say
“Nvar made the entire process effortless. He showed up prepared, knew exactly what shots he wanted, and delivered photos that genuinely look like they belong on a magazine cover. Easily the best money I've spent on imagery.”
