Lincoln Drone
Photographer & Aerial Videographer

FAA Part 107 licensed 4K aerial photography and video for commercial brands, real estate, construction, and high-end wedding coverage across Lincoln and greater Nebraska.

4K cinematic aerial — built for brand use

Most local drone work is shaky, low-res, and obviously hobbyist. We shoot 4K up to 120fps with smooth, intentional camera movement designed to integrate into commercial brand content, real-estate listings, or wedding films. Not first-person-view stunt footage — actual cinematic coverage that holds up next to ground footage in the same edit.

20MP RAW aerial stills available alongside video on every flight.

FAA Part 107 licensed and insured

Every commercial drone flight in the United States requires the operator to hold an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate. We do. We also carry commercial drone liability insurance and respect airspace restrictions around Lincoln Municipal Airport, Husker game days, and any TFRs in effect.

What that means for you: we can legally invoice you for drone work, we can fly at most Lincoln-area venues, and if something goes wrong (it doesn't), you're covered.

What we shoot from the air

Commercial: brand campaign establishing shots, building exteriors, parking-lot lifestyle, construction progress (monthly retainer available), agricultural and equipment overhead.

Real estate: property aerials, neighborhood context shots, twilight aerial exteriors for premium listings.

Weddings: ceremony aerials, reception venue overheads, couple portraits with grand scale, vineyard and barn venue establishing shots. Available as an add-on to any wedding package or included in our top tier.

Events: festival overheads, corporate events, sporting events (where airspace allows).

How aerial integrates with ground coverage

We're a full ground crew first — drone is an add-on, not a standalone service. That means every aerial shoot includes coordinated ground photography or video, color-graded so the entire deliverable looks like it came from one director. No mismatched aerial vs ground, no jarring style breaks.

What clients say

Nvar made the entire process effortless. He showed up prepared, knew exactly what shots he wanted, and delivered photos that genuinely look like they belong on a magazine cover. Easily the best money I've spent on imagery.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked

Are you actually licensed to fly drones commercially in Nebraska?
Yes — FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate held in good standing. This is the federal license required for any drone flight that produces commercial output (sale of images, video for hire, etc.). Anyone offering paid drone work in Nebraska without it is operating illegally.
What drone gear do you fly?
We fly current-generation 4K-capable platforms with 20MP 1-inch sensors, gimbal-stabilized to broadcast-grade smoothness. Specific platform varies by job (close-quarters indoor vs open-field aerial vs FPV stylized) — confirmed during the production planning call.
Can you fly at my wedding venue?
Most Lincoln-area wedding venues allow drone flights with prior approval. We coordinate the request with your venue and check for airspace restrictions (Lincoln Municipal Airport class D, any Husker home-game TFRs, etc.) at least a week before the wedding. We've flown at Country Pines, James Arthur Vineyards, and several private outdoor venues.
How much does drone add to a wedding package?
Aerial add-on starts at $400 for ceremony + couple-portrait coverage (~30 minutes of flight time across the day, integrated into the gallery). Full-day aerial that runs through reception starts at $750. Both include color-graded delivery alongside the rest of the wedding gallery.
Do you do drone-only work, or only as part of larger shoots?
Both. Standalone drone-only commercial shoots start at $750 (half-day) for a single property or campaign. Most clients book drone as part of a larger photo/video engagement — that's where it integrates most cleanly into a finished brand deliverable.
